This service allows our retail customers allowing you to submit an online order to us, or print an order form to submit by mail or fax. The idea of this service is that we can give you the best possible prices and delivery cost options.

How to Use the Online Ordering System

1. When you enter the "shop" you will be presented with a list of "aisles". Double click to select a section of the catalogue you wish to view, ie, Drawing, Painting, Textiles, etc.
   
   
2. Find the item you wish to purchase.
   
   If you cannot find an item by browsing through the aisles, use the search tool below, located in the blue box.
   
   
3. Enter the quantity you want in the box provided.
   
   
4. Scroll down the section to the bottom of the page and select "add all items to shopping list"
   
   It is very important to click the "add all items to shopping list" at the end of each section to record your request before you move to another page or click on a "Colour selections/Show variations" button.
   
   
5. To shop in another section, ie Construction, Paper, etc, select a different aisle from the links to the left of the screen.
   
   
6. View Shopping List
   You can inspect the contents of your basket at any time before you finalise your order.
   
   
7. Go to Checkout
   If you are happy with the items in your basket, click on "check out' and it will instruct you through to finalise your order. You will find a summary of your shopping list. Click "next" to enter your details. All personal details be kept private.
   
   
8. Online ordering by fax/mail form.
   You have a choice of submitting your order online or print it later to be mailed or faxed to us. If you submit an online order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order and we will reply with a confirmation, including delivery charges as soon as possible.
   
   
9. Shopping online at this site is secure.
   
   Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – the industry standard for encryption technology used to create a secure transaction environment. If your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions, our Secure Socket Layer locks all information (i.e. your credit card number) passed from you to us in an encrypted manner, making it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party.
10. Delivery Charges:
    Please note that the total price DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES. After receiving your order, we will contact you for confirmation of your order, at which time you will also receive the final total amount of your purchase including delivery charges. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED unless you approve delivery charges.
