Instructions:
- Make sure the surface of the tile is clean.
- Using a chinagraph pencil, draw a design onto the tile.
- Outline with the Glass and Tile outliner.
- Paint with opaque glass and tile paints.
- When dry, spray with the Glass and Tile Paint Varnish Spray.
Tip: If you do not want to use the glass and tile outliner, paint the design and when dry outline with a permanent, black Hi Text marker.

| 2. Note Holder |

Instructions:
- Lay down some plastic sheeting so that the glue does not stick to the surface.
- Backing - Using plain or coloured pop sticks, place 11 pop sticks horizontally close together as staight as you can without gluing them. They will be held together by the sides which is in the next step.
- Sides - Glue 8 popsticks one on top of the other to form a stack, keeping them as straight as possible. Repeat the process so that you have 2 stacks, one for each side.
- Glue each stack onto the pop stick backing, approx. 1/2cm in from the outer edge. This will give you a pretty edge with the curves of the backing pop sticks showing as a border. Repeat for the other side and let dry. When dry, the sides hold the pop stick backing in place.
- Top - Measure half way down the side pop
sticks and glue 6 pop sticks horizontally,
close together to make the top pouch of the
holder.
- Bottom - Glue a couple of pop sticks on the bottom to make the base.
- Hanger - Glue 2 pop sticks to make an upside down V shape and glue onto the back to make a hanger.
- Embellish with Foam Heart or Foam Flowers and Kindy Glitz.
- Tie some cord or a bow of ribbon onto the hanger.
- Cut up some lined note paper to put inside. Draw some hearts onto the note paper as a border or write a special note to Mum.

| 3. Decorative Woven Hearts & Circles |

Instructions:
- Choose from either a Heart or Circle plastic mesh shape.
- Use lengths of the new metallic plastic strips to weave in and out to decorate the border. Continue to use the strips to make a creative pattern inside the plastic shape, choosing contrasting or pleasing colours.
Note: You can use a mixture of thin satin ribbons or metallic thread in combination with the plastic string as shown in the pictures.
- Thread the plastic strips through the top to create a hanger. You may wish to twist or knot two colours together or thread on beads to make the hanger more decorative.
- Optional: You can embellish by using beading
wire, beads and sequins. Thread beads onto
the beading wire and twist onto the mesh for
an additional decorative effect!

| 4. Wooden Bangles make a beautiful gift! |

Instructions:
- Paint your wooden bangle with acrylic paint, for example we have chosen a metallic copper colour.
- When dry use a grey lead pencil to lightly draw on a design.
- Go over your design using the 3 dimensional Plaid paint pens. This will give you a raised effect.
- When dry varnish with a coat of Vipond Glaze. When you have finished you may want to decorate a noodle box to put the bangle in as a gift or a cellophane bag tied with some decorative ribbon!

Instructions:
- Push a skewer into the top of the heart. This will make it easier to handle while you paint it.
- Paint with acrylic paint. You may need 2 coats.
- When dry decorate with the 3 dimensional Plaid paint pens.
- When dry, remove the skewer and choose some matching ribbon for a hanger. Loop the ribbon, add some PVA and push into the top of the polystyrene heart with the end of the skewer to make the hanger.
- Optional: Embellish with sequins and pins or Kindy Glitz.

Instructions:
- Use either the pre made blank folded cards or coloured paper or card that you cut and fold down into a card shape. Using the Super Bright Cover paper in A4 gives you more colour options.
- Cut Strips of cover paper in contrasting colours and glue on top of the card to make a band either at the top or bottom or both.
- Glue on the printed foam shapes.
- Use Kindy Glitz to highlight parts of the
foam shapes, ie the centre of the flowers or
the shoes.
- Finish with some satin ribbon.
